Since 2022, Bay Street Emeryville has been freshly reimagined and redesigned with ALL NEW dining throughout the property, fresh new retail, an exciting grocery store set to open in 2025, an open-air community gathering area upstairs with restaurants, brew pubs, plenty of seating for eating, lounging, reading and watching all of the exciting events happening on the brand new plaza downstairs.
Located on the 2nd level near AMC, Bay Break Dining Terrace is the new go-to place to hang out, munch on goodies, join a watch party, toast your friends, and engage in virtual reality. In 2023, Bay Break welcomed Sandbox VR, Humphry Slocombe, Uchiwa Ramen, Shake Shack, Arthur Mac’s Little Snack, Flores Cocina + Bar, Pippal Regional Indian and Saucy Asian.
The momentum continues throughout Bay Street Emeryville with lush new landscaping and parklets with bright and inviting seating. In 2024 we welcomed new and exciting brands to the retail mix including our newest additions, JARS by Fabio Viviani, Miniso, and Red Door Escape Room, plus another amazing addition to our culinary trip around the world, Mumu Hot Pot.
Soon you’ll be able to pick up everything from fresh organic produce to baked goods at Tokyo Central Specialty Market, coming to Bay Street Summer 2025. The grocer will be adjacent to the South Bayfront Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge and will have dedicated bicycle parking spaces within walking distance. Customers will enjoy a wide variety of premium imported Japanese goods and an upscale sushi restaurant at the Japan-based grocer’s first store in the East Bay.
