Bicycle
Bike parking is available throughout Bay Street Emeryville as indicated on the directory map. 

Vehicle
Bay Street Emeryville provides approximately 1,900 parking spaces for shoppers, moviegoers and diners. Parking is located in three decks within the property as well as on street parking along Bay Street. All facilities are well lit and access points are clearly marked.

Bay Street Emervyille launched gateless parking in 2022. Payment is now required before you shop, dine or play, and it’s as easy as pressing a button to pay for parking! We offer three easy ways to pay: 

1. Customers can pay at touchscreen kiosks located at every entry portal in the garages by indicating their parking stall number and using a debit or credit card. You will need to remember your stall number. Customers who provide their cell phone number at the end of the transaction will receive a reminder by text 5-minutes before your parking is set to expire, allowing you to add more time directly from your phone if needed, or you may simply return to your vehicle for a seamless exit.  

2. To pay directly from your phone, scan this QR code below, also located on signage throughout the garage. You will need to know your license plate number to use this method of payment. Using this payment method you will receive a reminder by text 5-minutes before your parking is set to expire, allowing you to add more time directly from your phone if needed, or return to your vehicle for a seamless exit.  

   

3. For customers who visit Bay Street Emeryville on a frequent basis, the new Bay Street Emeryville App is a great option that allows you to pay for parking easily right from your phone. The app will store your license plate number and payment method for easy and quick access.  Like the previous two options, customers will receive a reminder by text 5-minutes before your parking is set to expire, allowing you to add more time directly from your phone if needed, or return to your vehicle for a seamless exit.

New FREE Lunch Hour Parking!
Beginning Monday, November 4, 2024, we are offering FREE parking in our garages* from Noon to 2PM, Monday through Thursday. You will still need to utilize one of the payment options to reserve your parking space, and to receive the reminder notification shortly before the free period is ending, allowing  you to extend your time if needed. 

*Note: this free 2-hour period does not apply to on-street parking meters.  

Validation Opportunities
AMC Theatres, Barnes & Noble and Hyatt Place offer parking validations. 
When making your parking selection, customers must choose from one of the validation options.  After the transaction is complete, you will receive a QR code either by phone or on a printed receipt (kiosk only) which must be scanned inside the selected location at the validation kiosk.  A validation credit will be reflected on the guest’s bill.
