Flores has found a following in the Bay Area, with its popular Mexican restaurants flourishing in San Francisco and Corte Madera, so an expansion to the East Bay makes perfect sense. Starting Friday, diners can sample a menu drawn from all over Mexico, plus sip craft cocktails from the full bar.
In addition, Flores Taqueria will offer a quick-service option for tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads. Flores is masterminded by Back of the House, the San Francisco–based restaurant group behind such concepts as Beretta, Delarosa, and Super Duper Burgers.
