Emeryville’s Bay Street Mall emerging as new Bay Area foodie hot spot

Friday night was big for Andrew Shinn. It’s the grand opening of Saucy Asian.

“The concept is born out of my time in Seoul, going to grad school and just experiencing my motherland,” said Shinn, the restaurant owner.
