This announcement comes amidst a wave of new lease signings and decreasing availability at the 370,000-square-foot shopping center. CenterCal Properties, the Southern California-based property owner, revealed the addition of Philz Coffee, Copper & Malt (a wine and spirits purveyor), and Salon Republic (a hair styling studio) to their list of new tenants making their debut in 2023.
