Get ready for a spooktacular day of family fun at Bay Street Emeryville’s 3rd Annual Truck or Treat, benefiting the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay! Bring the whole family, including your four-legged friends for an afternoon of Halloween festivities, costumes, treats, entertainment and plenty of ways to get into the spirit of the season.
We’re proud to partner with the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay, a local volunteer organization dedicated to making a lasting impact in our community. A portion of the event’s proceeds will support the Junior League and its continued work to strengthen communities throughout the East Bay.
Ticketed Activity Zone: The Ticketed Activity Zone will feature a variety of hands-on activities and entertainment for kids and pets, with proceeds benefiting the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay.
🚒Touch-a-Truck Zone: Little ones can get up close to unique vehicles and enjoy a hands-on experience that puts them in the driver’s seat of the fun.
🎪 Kids Fun Zone: Bounce, create and play with a giant inflatable bounce house, family-friendly crafts and activities, plus a special meet-and-greet and performance with three Witchy Sisters. And, of course, don’t miss the Kids Costume Contest!
🎶 Entertainment: Keep the Halloween vibes going with beats by DJ BeetleJack Juice, onsite from 12–4pm.
🐶 Pet Fun: Four-legged friends can join in the Halloween fun with activities and a Pet Costume Contest.

🍬 Trick-or-Treating: Grab your treat bag and make your way around Bay Street for Halloween treats from participating trucks and tenants.
📸 Halloween Photo Opportunities: Bay Street will be decked out in Halloween décor, creating plenty of festive spots to snap a photo. Costumes are highly encouraged!
🛍️ Halloween Makers Market: Browse a small, curated selection of local makers and vendors on the Plaza from 12–5pm.
