Common Area Maintenance Request
Bay Street has a contracted custodial and maintenance team to ensure the high standard of day-to-day common area housekeeping and maintenance requirements expected of the shopping center. Bay Street is not responsible for the maintenance, housekeeping, or repair of individual store premises, nor are they allowed to loan any tools, ladders, or equipment of any kind to merchants or a merchant’s contractors. The replacement of light bulbs within your lease line will be your responsibility. However, the Operations Manager is available for a consultation regarding operational issues. Please use the form below to report any common area maintenance issues you notice or any common area maintenance issues that may be impacting your store operations. Once this form is submitted, our team will address the issue promptly. Our operations team monitors all requests during regular business hours and will address issues as quickly as possible.
