Bay Street is not responsible for the maintenance, housekeeping, or repair of individual store premises, nor are they allowed to loan any tools, ladders, or equipment of any kind to merchants or a merchant’s contractors. The replacement of light bulbs within your lease line will be your responsibility. However, the Operations Manager is available for a consultation regarding operational issues.
