Bay Street Emeryville is being freshly reimagined and redesigned with new upscale tenants including a grocery store and an open-air community gathering area with restaurants, brew pubs, and plenty of seating for eating, lounging, reading and working.
Located on the 2nd level near AMC, Bay Break Dining Terrace is the new go-to place to hang out, munch on goodies, join a watch party, toast your friends, and engage in virtual reality. Bay Break welcomed Sandbox VR, Humphry Slocombe, Uchiwa Ramen, Shake Shack, Arthur Mac’s Little Snack Flores Cocina + Bar, Pippal Regional Indian and Saucy Asian in 2023.
The momentum continues throughout Bay Street Emeryville with new and exciting brands including our newest additions, Nike Style, Philz Coffee, Fogo de Chão and Salon Republic. Additional food and entertainment are on the horizon. Try your hand with minigolf at Tipsy Putt (picture a beer in one hand and a putter in the other) or enjoy an interactive dining experience at Mumu Hot Pot (opening Q1 2024).
Soon you’ll be able to pick up everything from fresh organic produce to baked goods at a full-size grocery store, coming to the South end of the center. The grocer will be adjacent to the South Bayfront Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge and will have dedicated bicycle parking spaces within walking distance.
