Emeryville, CA – CenterCal, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced the upcoming grand opening of its newly redesigned and remodeled Bay Break Dining Terrace at Bay Street Emeryville set for Saturday, March 25 with “tip off” beginning at 2 pm until the last whistle is blown at 5 pm. Guests can enjoy a sampling of “Elite Eats” from a selection of Bay Break eateries including Arthur Mac’s Little Snack, Humphry Slocombe, Uchiwa Ramen, Shake Shack and more.
The opening of Bay Break is, at its heart, a celebration of community. Concurrently, the Foundation will also host a silent auction at Bay Break featuring signed memorabilia that will cause sports fans to cheer. All are welcome to join in the spirit of giving back.
Ahead of the event itself, Bay Street Emeryville will have a four-round contest beginning on March 12. Eight Finalists will be selected to win gift cards and face off at the grand opening event for a chance to play to win a VIP Zone prize that includes $400 worth of gift cards, a lifetime Trophy Club membership at Tipsy Putt ($250 value), and an autographed copy of It’s a Vibe! by Armando “Tito” Tam. Full contest rules can be found on Bay Street Emeryville’s Instagram page.
The grand opening event will also feature Master of Ceremonies, Armando Tam, hosting two panel discussion with local sports heroes including former All-American basketball player Ray Young, discussing his journey and Holy Names University Men’s Basketball Head Coach Omar Sanchez, local Cal State East Bay student-athlete Julian Lopez and local Holy Names University student-athletes Samantha “Sammy” Zambrano and LJ Smith discussing championship predictions and their stories as current Bay Area student athletes.
The VIP contest winner will also join Armando and chef to the stars Saul Jauregui on an “Elite Eats” tour of Bay Break where they will enjoy special taste tests of the foods on offer at each of the new restaurants. This experience culminates in a trip to the special VIP area to cheer on their favorite team in the games.
